Shri Agarwal Tent House

Shri Agarwal Tent House is located at Brahmpuri Shivaji Nagar 15. It has been our base for a long time. The street is usually busy with people going about their day. We spend most of our mornings checking the stock of poles, carpets, and the large pieces of cloth we use for the tents. It is hard physical work. My hands are usually rough from handling the ropes and the metal frames. When someone in the neighborhood has a wedding or a small prayer meeting at their home, they usually just walk over to see us. We sit down, have some tea, and talk about how many chairs they might need. Sometimes we have to tell people we are fully booked because there are only so many tents we can set up in one day. The storage area gets a bit messy during the peak season. It is not a fancy place with air conditioning or big signs. It is just where we keep our stuff. We try to keep the fabrics clean, but dust is a part of life here. We have seen the kids in Shivaji Nagar grow up and then come to us for their own wedding tents. It makes you feel like you are part of the place. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most of it is just people knowing our name and knowing where we are located on street fifteen. It is just a regular life for us.
