Shree Sudarshan Udyog

We operate out of Hindaun House at number 57 in Shree Gopal Nagar. Being right by the Gopal Pura Bypass means there's a lot of dust and the sound of heavy trucks all day long. The building is older and has its quirks, like the door that sticks when it rains. Inside, the space is filled with whatever we are working on at the moment. It’s mostly metal and heavy stuff. I spend a lot of my time in the back where the actual work happens. The office part is just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a calendar from three years ago that nobody took down. We don't really do the whole professional image thing. If you come by, you’ll probably find me in my work clothes. My hands are usually greasy. We’ve been in this part of town for a long time and we know most of the guys in the other workshops around here. Sometimes we trade tools or help each other out when a truck gets stuck. It’s a practical way of living. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. The fan in the ceiling wobbles but it keeps the air moving. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially in the summer heat. But it’s what we know how to do. We don't complain much about it.
