Shree Karni Dall Mills

Our mill is situated at Plot No B-17 in the New Anaj Mandi. It is right in the middle of the Indira Bazar area, close to Chand Pole Bazar. If you have ever been to the grain market, you know how loud and dusty it gets. We spend our days processing different kinds of dall. The machines run almost all day long, and there is a constant hum in the air. We have been working here for many years, and the place has a lot of history. The walls are a bit stained from the dust, and the floor is worn down from all the heavy bags being dragged across it. It is a very busy spot, especially during the peak harvest times when the market is full of farmers and traders. We don't have a fancy storefront because this is a working mill, not a showroom. People come to us because they know where we are in the Mandi. We deal with a lot of different traders and shopkeepers from around the city. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops, which gives us a bit of a break, but usually, it is non-stop work. We handle the cleaning and splitting of the pulses ourselves.
