Sharma Sweets Caterers

Our shop is located at 43/57/01, right at the Varun Path Chouraha in Mansarover. It’s a pretty busy intersection, so we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. Sharma Sweets Caterers is basically a neighborhood fixture now. We spend most of our time in the kitchen making traditional sweets or getting ready for a catering job. It gets quite hot in there during the summer, but we are used to it. We don't have any corporate bosses or a big head office. It’s just us and the staff working every day. We’ve catered plenty of local events, from small birthday parties to bigger celebrations. Most people come in just to pick up a box of sweets for their families. We don't use any complicated recipes, just the ones that have worked for us for years. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just some counters and the smell of sugar and ghee in the air. We keep a handwritten log of all our catering bookings. Sometimes the handwriting is a bit hard to read, but we never miss an appointment. It’s a busy life, especially when wedding season hits and we are working around the clock. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure everything is ready on time. We are just local people doing our best to keep things running.
