Satkaar Event & Decorators

Satkaar Event & Decorators is based at number 1156 on Nirwan Marg, right off Jhotwara Road. It’s a dusty, busy part of town where there is always a truck or a rickshaw moving past. We have a large space where we store all our fabrics, poles, and lighting fixtures. Most of our work is done outdoors or at different venues, but this is where it all starts. We spend our mornings loading up the gear and checking our lists. The office is just a small corner with a couple of chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We don't care much for fancy furniture. We care about having the right tools for the job. Our hands are usually dirty from handling the equipment. Jhotwara Road is a long stretch, and we’ve been part of this community for years. People know they can find us here when they have a wedding or a local festival coming up. We don't use big marketing slogans. We just show up and put the decorations together. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal sometimes. When the event is over, we pack it all back up and bring it back to Nirwan Marg. We just keep doing it day after day because it’s what we know. It’s a simple, honest business. We take a lot of pride in just getting the setup finished before the guests arrive. Usually, we are tired at the end of a long shift, but seeing the lights on makes it feel worth the effort.
