Saboo Dall Mills

We spend most of our days over at F-121 in the Sarna Dungar part of Jhotwara Industrial Area. It is a busy place with lots of trucks coming in and out of the gates all morning long. Saboo Dall Mills is where we handle the processing work. Most people who work here have been doing this for many years, so we just get on with the job. The machines make a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a while. If you look around this part of the industrial area, you will see plenty of sheds, but ours is the one with the steady rhythm. We don't really do much fancy stuff. It is just about getting the dal cleaned and sorted properly. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard on the tin roofs and makes it hard to hear anything. We keep the place tidy as much as we can, though dust is just part of the job here. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and finish up when the daily work is done. It isn't a complicated setup at Saboo Dall Mills. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving along. The address is pretty easy to find if you know Sarna Dungar. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. It is just a regular workplace.
