Royal Cafe

We are located down in the basement of shop number 4 on Govind Marg in Janta Colony. It is a bit tucked away from the street so you have to keep an eye out for the stairs leading down. We have some chairs and a few tables set up for people to sit and have their coffee or a quick snack. It is mostly the younger crowd from the neighborhood who come here to hang out and talk. We keep the lights a little low because it is a basement after all. It stays nice and cool down here even when the sun is beating down on the road outside. We have a small stove and a fridge to keep things fresh. We make simple sandwiches and hot tea mostly. Sometimes the music we play is a bit loud but the customers don't seem to mind it much. We have been here in Janta Colony for a few years now. It is not a very big space and can only fit about fifteen people if everyone sits close together. We do all the cleaning ourselves at the end of every night. The walls have a few old posters on them to make it look less plain. We don't have a big printed menu, just a few items written on a chalkboard. Sometimes we run out of fresh milk if it has been a particularly busy afternoon and the delivery man is late. It’s a simple spot.
