Chatkhara

If you’re walking around Triton Mall on Sikar Road, you’ll find Chatkhara up on the 3rd floor in the food court. It's a pretty busy area, especially when there’s a new movie playing or during the big sales. We’ve been here for a while now, serving the crowds that come through the mall. Jaipur gets really hot, so the air conditioning in here is definitely a plus for everyone. Usually, we start early in the morning, getting everything prepped before the mall opens its doors to the public. It’s a bit different working in a food court compared to a standalone shop because everything is so fast-paced. You see all sorts of people—shoppers, families, and teenagers just hanging out. Our counter isn't huge, but we make it work. Sometimes the lines get long on Saturday afternoons, and we all have to jump in to help out. We’ve got a small team, mostly just local guys who know the city well. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything, just plain shirts. It’s noisy and loud with all the mall music and people talking, but that’s part of the fun. We just focus on getting the food out hot and fresh. Being near Sikar Road means we get a lot of travelers too, not just locals. It’s a straightforward business. No big secrets or complicated stories, just a spot to grab a bite while you’re out shopping. The mall hours keep us busy until late, but we are used to the routine by now.
