Roop Laxmi Tent & Light House

We've been over here on Nahargarh Road at Bhonsali Ki Tunti for quite some time now. Roop Laxmi Tent & Light House isn't some big fancy chain, just a local spot people in the neighborhood know. Most folks find us by looking for the 5th Cross near 3745. Dealing with tents and lighting is what we do day in and day out. It gets pretty busy during the wedding season, but that is just part of the rhythm here. We keep all our gear stored right in the back. Sometimes the lights need fixing or the cloth gets a bit dusty, so we spend a lot of our afternoons just maintaining things so they stay in decent shape. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather gets bad and we have to set things up or take them down quickly. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. People just stop by when they have a function coming up at home. We don't really do much advertising, mostly just neighbors talking to neighbors about where to get a good tent. The shop is small but it holds everything we need to get the job done. If you walk past the Tunti, you will see our sign hanging there. It's a family-run kind of thing, so there is usually someone around to answer questions. We just try to keep things simple and make sure the poles are sturdy. It is noisy sometimes with the loading, but that is how it goes.
