Gourav Tiffin Center

Our place is Building No. 889 and it is right near the Delhi Highway. If you are traveling that way, you might have seen us. Gourav Tiffin Center is a small operation. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area. It gets very warm when all the stoves are going. We pack everything up in those steel boxes and get them ready for delivery or pickup. Being near the highway means there is always traffic noise and people moving about. We have a routine that starts very early because breakfast needs to be ready. Then we move straight into the lunch rush. There isn't much space for sitting around, as we use most of it for the cooking and packing. The walls have some marks from the heat and steam, which is normal for a kitchen. We try to keep things organized but when it is busy, it can get a bit chaotic. Our address is easy to find if you know Building No. 889. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the bags going out. Sometimes the delivery boys are waiting outside in the shade before they head off. It is hard work and my hands are often tired by the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the food out on time to everyone who expects it. It is what we do here day after day near the highway.
