We are based in the Mansower area, which is a large part of the city where a lot of people live and work. Our place is not hard to find once you get into the neighborhood. It is a simple setup where we handle our daily business. We have some desks and a bit of storage space for whatever we are working on that week. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, we don't wear suits or have big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done over a cup of tea in the morning. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it happens. The streets around us are usually full of people going about their lives, and we feel like we are just one small part of that. We do our work, talk to our customers, and try to keep things running smoothly. There is always a lot of paper on the desks and things to be filed away. We have a couple of people who have been helping out for a long time, and we all know each other's families. It is the kind of place where things move at a steady pace. We don't try to be something we are not. We just show up at the office, do the tasks on our list, and go home when the sun goes down. It is a practical way to run a company. We like the area and the people here. It feels like home.
