Radhagovind Food Products

We are based out of the Riico Industrial Area in Bassi, at Plot No. G1/61. It’s a dusty part of town with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day. Radhagovind Food Products is our small venture. We handle various types of snack items and packaged foods. The building is a simple concrete structure. It’s not much to look at from the outside, but inside we are always busy. We have a small crew of workers who help with the sorting and packing. The machines are a bit old but they still do the job. We spend a lot of time checking the weights and sealing the bags. It can be repetitive work, but we find ways to make it interesting. We often have the radio playing in the background to keep everyone’s spirits up. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in this area, so we have to wait it out. We aren't some big brand you see on TV. We mostly supply to the local shops and wholesalers nearby. It’s a tough business with small margins, but we manage to keep the lights on. We take pride in the fact that we do everything ourselves. There’s no big boss in a suit here, just us in our work clothes trying to get the orders out on time. It is a long day every day but we like it.
