Purnima Tent House

We are located at 91-92 Arvind Nagar, right off Station Road. Running a tent house means we are rarely just sitting in the office. Most of the time, our equipment is out at various sites around the city. We have stacks of folded chairs, rolls of carpets, and heavy iron poles stored in the warehouse area at the back. The office is where we handle the bookings for weddings, birthday parties, and small gatherings. It’s a bit cluttered with samples of different fabrics and old registers where we write down all the dates and requirements. Station Road is always busy, so getting our trucks in and out can be a bit of a chore every morning. We have a crew of workers who do the heavy lifting and setting up on site. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is out and they are putting up big marquees for hours. We’ve been doing this for a long time now, so we’ve seen all kinds of events. Sometimes things break or get stained during a party, and we have to spend the day cleaning or fixing equipment. We don't do much advertising; people just know we are here because of the big sign and the piles of equipment. It’s a practical business. We focus on making sure the tents are sturdy and the chairs are clean enough for guests to sit on.
