Pooja Caterers

We run Pooja Caterers from House No 756, Sindhi Clny Sarvanand Park Ke Pass, Jaipur. It is a nice residential street, so we try not to be too loud with the pots and pans early in the morning. We use the ground floor of the house as our main kitchen. It is a bit tight for space when we have a large order, but we have gotten used to it over the years. You can often see people walking in the park or kids playing while we are loading up the metal containers into the vans. We have lived here for a long time, so all the neighbors know us and what we do. Sometimes they come by to borrow a bit of sugar or just to see what we are cooking that day. We do not have any of that high-end equipment. We just use regular stoves and pots like you would find in any large house. Pooja Caterers is just us doing our daily work. We are not interested in becoming a huge company with offices. We just take the jobs that come our way and try to do an okay job with them. The kitchen gets pretty messy during the rush, but we make sure to scrub everything down every night. It is a decent way to earn a living. We like the location because it is peaceful and easy for our helpers to get to near Sarvanand Park. It works for us.
