Pioneer Exhibitors

You can find us on the second floor of Pink City Plaza-2, right near Kanta Chauraha in Jhotwara. Pioneer Exhibitors is what it says on the door. Jhotwara is a busy, growing part of Jaipur. Our office is a simple place where we plan out the different events we are working on. It’s usually pretty hot in the summer, but the AC works well enough if we don’t push it too hard. There’s a lot of coming and going because of the nature of exhibition work. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up drawings or talk to vendors who are still on-site at a venue. The plaza has a few other offices, so it’s a bit of a professional hub in the area. We like it here because it’s easy for people to find us once they get to Kanta Chauraha. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re a giant corporation. We’re just local folks who know how to put a show together. We take things as they come and try to stay on top of the details. It’s mostly about making sure the logistics don’t fall apart before the doors open.
