We have been operating out of Juhri Market for a good while now. Our spot is at 124/204, right in the middle of all the noise and people moving around in Mansarovar. It’s not a very big office or anything, but it’s where we do all our planning. Most days, we are busy talking to people about what they want for their functions. My family has been in this for a long time, so we just know how things go. It’s usually quite messy when we are preparing for a big job. There are big metal pots everywhere and the staff is always running around trying to get things loaded into the trucks. Mansarovar is a busy area and sometimes getting the vehicles parked near the market is a real headache. We don’t really have a fancy website or a big sales team. It’s just us here. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and that makes working in the kitchen part quite difficult, but we manage somehow. People around Juhri Market know where we are if they need to stop by and settle some accounts or look at the menu lists we’ve written down. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, especially during the wedding season when nobody gets much sleep. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
