Param Hansh Foods Private Limited

Param Hansh Foods Private Limited is our small business located at 9, Gurudwara Road. My father, Banwari Lal Khetan, started things off and we have been carrying it on from this same spot. It’s a busy road with the Gurudwara right there, so there are always people around. We like the atmosphere. Our building is number 9, and it’s where we do everything from taking orders to managing the food stock. It’s not a very big place, so we have to stay organized. If we don't, the boxes start to take over the whole floor. We have a few people helping us out, mostly folks from the neighborhood. We don't have any fancy titles or a human resources department. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it out. The work is mostly about moving food products and making sure the customers are getting what they asked for. We spend a lot of time on Gurudwara Road, even when we aren't working. It’s home. We don't do any big advertising or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local family company. Some days the paperwork is a headache, but that’s just part of owning a business. We try to keep things simple and just do our work honestly every single day.
