Ovation Events & Exhibitions (A Unit Of Adworld Comm. Pvt. Ltd .)

Our office is in the Malvea Apartments on Sardar Patel Marg. We’re on the second floor, suite S-5. Being in C-Scheme is quite handy, though the traffic near Sardar Patel Marg can be a bit much during rush hour. Ovation Events & Exhibitions is part of Adworld Comm. Pvt. Ltd., but we just operate as our own little unit here. We handle a lot of different event tasks and exhibition setups. The office is usually filled with samples, banners, and random bits of equipment waiting to go to a venue. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time coordinating with vendors and making sure schedules align. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we’re out at sites more than we are in the office. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a working space where we get things sorted. The team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We prefer it that way. It’s honest work and we try to do a decent job for every project that comes our way. There are plenty of cafes around if we need a break, which is a nice perk of being in this neighborhood. We’re just trying to keep things moving and stay busy. If you need us, we're probably here staring at a floor plan or on a call with a supplier. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for long afternoons.
