Ovation Events & Exhibition

Our office is right on the Gopalpura Bypass in the Dev Nagar area, specifically at B 3 near Tonk Road. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic outside. We do a lot of work with exhibitions, so our space is often filled with metal frames, banners, and brochures that need to be sorted. It’s a practical workspace, not somewhere you’d come for a fancy meeting. We’ve got some sturdy tables and a lot of storage for all the gear we lug around to different venues. Tonk Road is always moving, and being near the bypass means we can get our trucks out pretty easily when we have a show to set up. Most mornings start with a quick chat about what needs to be loaded first. We don’t really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. We’re usually in jeans and t-shirts because we’re moving stuff around all day. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that do the trick. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on getting the booths built and the events ready. Sometimes we stay late into the night when a big exhibition is opening the next day. It’s just part of the job and we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the chaos. There is always someone coming in or going out with a toolkit.
