Nimbu Tamatar Mirchi

Our shop is located at A/10-14 in the Indra Palace building over in Malviya Nagar. We picked the name Nimbu Tamatar Mirchi because those are basics you find in almost every Indian kitchen. Malviya Nagar is a lively area with lots of shopping and offices nearby. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and it’s become our second home. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or behind the counter. It’s a lot of work keeping things running, especially when the crowds come in during the lunch break. We don’t have a corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us and a couple of helpers. The interior is simple, nothing that would win any design awards. We just want a place where people can sit down and have something to eat without it being a big deal. Sometimes the sink leaks or a light bulb goes out, and we fix it ourselves. We see all kinds of people here, from students to office workers. We try to be quick with the service because everyone seems to be in a hurry these days. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to do its thing in a busy city like Jaipur. We aren't trying to be famous, just trying to make sure the food is ready on time for whoever walks in. It's a good enough life for us here in Malviya Nagar. We just keep our heads down and work.
