New Pakeeza Meat Shop

Our shop is over on Ajmer Road by the Chungi Chowki near Beawar Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background. We have a small storefront with a counter that faces the street. Most of the day is spent handling the meat and getting things ready for customers who stop by on their way home. We have a few assistants who help with the cleaning and the heavy lifting. The shop isn't very big, so it gets a bit crowded when more than two people are inside. We use traditional scales to weigh everything out. The ceiling is high but the paint is old. We try to keep things simple and honest. You get what you see on the scale. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is bad, but usually, there’s a steady stream of people. We’ve got a routine that starts before the sun comes up. By the time the traffic starts on Beawar Road, we are already halfway through our work. We don't do any delivery or anything like that. People just come to the counter, tell us what they need, and we wrap it up in paper for them. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we’ve been doing it this way for years.
