Neena Foods

Neena Foods is a small operation located at 265/5 in Gali No 5 of Raja Park. If you walk down the lane, you can usually smell whatever is being prepared. It’s a tight space and we use every inch of it. We deal with food items every day, so cleanliness is something we have to watch constantly, though the building itself is quite old. Raja Park is a lively area with plenty of people walking by. Our shop at 265/5 is where the containers and bags are kept. We spend a lot of time packing things or checking the stock. It’s not a fancy supermarket. It’s more of a traditional setup where things are done by hand. We have bags of flour or spices sitting around depending on what we are working on. The floor gets a bit dusty from the street outside. Sometimes the delivery van struggles to get into the narrow gali. We just make do with the space we have. It’s a lot of repetitive work like labeling and weighing. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things are done right. Some days are much busier than others, especially when the local demand goes up. We just keep our heads down and handle the food side of things as best as we can in this little corner of Gali No 5.
