You can find us near Janta Colony in the Adarsh Nagar area of Sanganer. It’s a decent location for what we do, which is mostly food production. Mns Food Production Ltd. has been around for a bit now, and we’ve seen the whole neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve modified to fit our ovens and the packing machines. It’s usually pretty warm inside because of the production process. We don't have central cooling or anything fancy like that, just some big industrial fans that we keep running all day. The morning shift starts really early, usually before the sun is even up, so we can get a head start on the day's orders. Most of our workers are local people who have been with us since we first opened. We don’t have a lot of people leaving. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits or ties. Most of us are covered in flour or whatever else we’re working with that day. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a secretary. If someone comes to visit, they usually just walk into the main bay and find one of us. We try to keep things moving and make sure the stuff we make is decent for the price we charge. It’s just a regular local business trying to make it in Sanganer.
