This spot on Sardar Patel Road stays busy from the moment we unlock the doors. Being right near Bhindo Ka Rasta means there’s always a crowd of people walking by. We spend most of our time behind the counter, bagging up orders and making sure the fryers are bubbling. The sound of the timers going off is basically the soundtrack to our day. It’s a lot of standing and moving fast. We see all kinds of people, from kids coming in after school to professionals grabbing something quick before a meeting. We just stay focused on the orders and hope the registers keep working every day.
