Our place is located in Sector 11, Pratap Nagar, specifically at 113/264. This part of Sanganer is mostly houses and some small shops, so it’s not too crazy. We do food and beverages. It’s a straightforward business. We have a small team of about five or six people. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If someone has an issue, they just say it out loud and we deal with it. We spend the day looking at samples and checking if the batches look right. We aren't trying to win any awards. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell is okay for people to eat. The office has a few computers and a lot of storage space for our bottles and packets. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. The local market is just a short walk away, so we usually get our snacks from there. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. Word of mouth usually works for us in this area. We’ve lived in Jaipur for a long time, so we know how people like their food and drinks. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the machines need fixing or a supplier is late, but we manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just running a normal food business. Every day is pretty much the same, and we are fine with that routine.
