If you find yourself in Raja Park on Lane 4, you will see us at 340/4. It is a lively area and there is always some noise from the traffic and the people walking by. We spend a lot of our time in the back getting things ready before the evening rush starts. The steam from the pots fills up the space and it gets pretty warm in here. We have been here for a bit and have seen how the lane changes as the sun goes down. People usually start showing up around five or six looking for a quick bite to eat. We keep things simple with just the basic setup and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The floor gets a bit messy when it rains but we try to keep it tidy. It is a busy life running a food spot in this part of town. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected if the crowd is big. We just do our work and try to keep the orders moving so nobody has to wait too long. It is not a quiet job but it is never boring. The regulars know exactly where to find us tucked into our spot on the lane. We just enjoy making food and being part of the Raja Park food scene.
