Our shop is located at Sb-114 inside Apex Mall on Tonk Road, right in the Lal Kothi area. It’s a bit of a different spot for a catering business, being in a mall and all, but it works out well for us. Khandelwal Catters—and yes, that is how we spell it on the sign—has been here for a while. Even though we are in a modern building, our way of working is still very traditional. We use this space to manage all our bookings and do a lot of the initial food preparation. Tonk Road is always busy, so there is a lot of energy around the mall, which we like. We handle all sorts of catering jobs across Jaipur, but this is where we plan everything out. It’s not a fancy office; it’s mostly just us surrounded by stacks of containers and scheduling books. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It’s mostly family members and a few trusted workers who have been with us forever. We just try to make food that people enjoy eating, without any unnecessary fuss. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple events on the same day, but we’ve learned how to manage the stress over the years. We’re just a local business trying to make a living by feeding people. If you are ever near Apex Mall, you can find us on the ground floor. We are usually around during normal business hours.
