If you go over to Sector 11 in Malviya Nagar, you will find us at 14/82-83. This is where Kanha Caterers operates from. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. Our day usually starts very early, way before the sun is even up, so we can get the fresh supplies in from the market. There is a lot of chopping, stirring, and packing that happens in this space. We do all sorts of events, from small house parties to bigger gatherings where we have to set up long tables and burners. It is not a glamorous job, to be honest. There is a lot of cleaning up and heavy lifting involved. We use a lot of local spices and try to keep the flavors honest. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. Sometimes the kitchen feels a bit cramped when we have three different orders going out at once, but we make it work somehow. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person.
