We set up Ice Spice Ac Veg Restaurant right by Ahinsa Circle on Ashok Marg. Being in C Scheme, it gets pretty busy around here. We decided to have the AC because, let’s be honest, it gets hot out there. People just want a place to sit down and cool off while they eat. We only do vegetarian food. It’s just easier for us and it’s what we know. The restaurant isn't huge, but we have enough space for families and folks working in the nearby offices. We don't have a long history of being some world-famous spot. We are just a local place where you can get a meal without any fuss. The menu is stuff we like to eat ourselves. We aren't trying to win awards or anything. We just want to make sure the food tastes right and the AC is running when it needs to be. Sometimes the circle gets really backed up with traffic, but once you step inside, it's a bit quieter. We spend our mornings getting the vegetables ready and making sure everything is clean. It’s a regular job for us, and we like being part of the C Scheme community. There's always someone coming or going, and we just try to keep up with the pace of the neighborhood every day. It is a good spot for anyone looking for a simple meal around Ashok Marg.
