Honest Caterer

We've been at Chaura Rasta for a while now, right across from Hind Hotel. Honest Caterer is basically what the name says. We just cook food. It’s a busy spot here, especially with the hair dresser next door. People come in and out all day. We handle the cooking so you don't have to. It's nothing fancy, just a kitchen doing its job. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but that’s just how this part of town is. We’ve stayed in this same spot, 215, for years. Most people know us because they see the sign when they're heading to get a haircut or walking past the hotel. We don't have a big office or anything. It's just us in the kitchen, getting the orders ready. We started small and stayed that way because it works for us. We know the neighbors. We know the street. If you are walking down Chaura Rasta, you'll see where we are. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too complicated. We just focus on the food and making sure things get done on time. It is a family thing mostly. We don't spend much time on decorations. The pots and pans are always moving. That is how we like it. It can get hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Being right there at 215 Honest Hair Dresser keeps us connected to everyone passing through the area.
