Himalaya Ice

Our place is over at G-166 in the Shahpura Industrial Area. It is a busy part of town with a lot of noise and trucks going back and forth all day long. We make ice here, mostly for local businesses and people who need it for big events or keeping things cold in their own shops. It is a very straightforward operation. We have the big freezing units and the crushers going, and there is almost always water on the floor, which is just part of the deal in an ice plant. We wear rubber boots all day to keep our feet dry. The industrial area is not the prettiest place to visit, but it is where the real work gets done. We have been in this specific spot for quite a few years now. The neighbors are mostly other small factories and warehouses, and we all kind of look out for each other. If someone’s truck breaks down or they need a hand with something heavy, there is usually someone willing to help out. We do not have a front desk or a receptionist to greet you. If you come by, you just have to shout over the machines or find someone working in the back. It is a bit cold inside for obvious reasons, so we are always moving around to stay warm. We don't do anything fancy with our packaging or labels. It is just good, solid ice that does the job.
