Out in Bagru, at B-227 in the Industrial Extension of Phase-II, is where we spend our time. Gustora Foods Pvt.Ltd. is all about the food we make. The area is quite open compared to the city, which is nice for a change. Inside our facility, it’s a different story. It’s always busy with people preparing things and machines running. We take what we do seriously because it’s food, and you can’t cut corners with that. Our days are filled with the smells of whatever we are processing that day. It’s a local operation, and most of us come from the surrounding villages. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn't in this kitchen-factory environment. It’s not always easy, especially when a machine breaks down right in the middle of a big batch, but we’ve gotten pretty good at fixing things on the fly. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything tastes the way it’s supposed to. The sun hits the building hard in the summer, so we drink a lot of water and keep the vents open. It’s a simple life out here in Bagru, just focused on making something good for people to eat. We have our routine and we stick to it, keeping things moving along as best as we possibly can.
