Gayatri Multi Cuisine Restaurant

We've been here at Gayatari Sadan on the Sawai Jai Singh Highway for a good stretch of time now. It’s right in the Bani Park area, which stays pretty busy most days. Running a restaurant like this isn't always easy, especially when the Jaipur weather gets really hot in the summer, but we manage. We serve a lot of different things because people who come in have different tastes. Some want traditional stuff and others are looking for something else. The kitchen stays quite noisy during lunch hours. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for a table. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years, so we all know how the place runs. We get a mix of locals and people just passing through the city. Sometimes it’s quiet in the afternoons, and that’s when we get a chance to sit down ourselves and have some tea. The address is AC 4, right there by the main road. It's a plain building, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the floors stay clean enough. It's just a regular spot for a meal. You can see the highway traffic from the front windows. It’s been our daily life for a long time. We like the neighborhood even though the parking can be a bit of a headache for some. It’s just home.
