Gagan Party Planner is over at Durgapura 18 E, 436. We have been working from this location for quite a few years. It’s just a normal building in a busy part of town. If you’re looking for us, you might have to look twice at the numbers on the street. We don’t put much stock in being flashy. Our main focus is just keeping things moving. Every day is a bit different. One day we are sorting out lights and the next we are talking to food vendors. It is a lot to keep track of, but we’ve got our system down. Durgapura is a convenient spot for us to reach different venues. We do a lot of driving back and forth. Sometimes things go perfectly, and sometimes we have to scramble to fix a mistake, but we always find a way. We don’t use those big fancy words to describe what we do. We just plan parties. It’s simple enough when you say it like that, but there is a lot of sweat involved. We have a small group of reliable people we work with. We trust each other to get things done. That is basically how we operate. No big mission statements, just a lot of hard work and making sure things happen on time. Durgapura can get quite busy during the rush hour, but we’ve learned how to time our trips so we stay on schedule.
