Exzotic Delights

Working out of Krishna Vihar in Mansarovar is pretty decent. It’s a residential-style area that’s gotten busier over the last few years. We handle food products and snacks, so there’s always something being packed or moved around the space. It’s not like a big factory; it’s more of a local operation where we do things by hand. The walls are plain, and we have a few tables set up for the packing work. Sometimes the smell of the ingredients is really strong, which the neighbors probably notice. We try to keep things organized, but when a lot of orders come in at once, the boxes start piling up near the door. It’s just a few of us here making sure the dates are right and everything is sealed properly. The Jaipur sun can be tough in the summer, so we do most of the heavy lifting in the early morning hours. We aren't trying to be some huge brand with a glossy office. We just like making sure the stuff we send out is good and gets there on time. Usually, we wrap things up in the evening and double-check the lists for the next day. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. It’s just how we spend our days here in Mansarovar. We sometimes have to wait for the delivery vans to find the right house since the streets all look a bit similar around here, but we manage just fine.
