Excellent Events Management

Our office is on Yogi Marg in the Sodala area, specifically in Vishal Bhavan. It’s on Ajmer Road, H-4B. Excellent Events Management isn't a big corporate firm with a fancy glass office. We are located in a pretty standard building where the stairs are a bit narrow. Inside, the walls are covered with photos of past events we’ve worked on. There are always half-finished decorations lying around and boxes of invitation cards. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and tent house people. It’s a busy place, especially during the wedding season when everyone is stressed out. We have a few desks and a lot of notebooks filled with lists. It gets a bit chaotic with people coming in and out all day. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just talk over tea. The neighborhood is typical for Sodala, lots of traffic and shops nearby. We started this because we liked putting things together. It’s mostly just us handling the small details that people often forget. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign on Ajmer Road. It’s a simple, hardworking office. We do the best we can with the space we have. It’s not perfect, but we get the job done and keep things moving. The fan in the corner is always on and that's about it.
