Emerge Communications

Emerge Communications is over at D-60 on Shanti Path in Tilak Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to some of the main roads in Jaipur. We like it that way because it lets us actually hear ourselves think. The office is in a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a workplace. We have a couple of rooms filled with equipment and desks. It’s not a "tech campus" or anything like that. It’s just where we come every morning. We usually start the day with a bit of a mess to clear up from the day before. Tilak Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and Shanti Path has some good trees along it. We’ve been at D-60 for some time now. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a fancy sign. Most of our work happens behind the scenes anyway. We just keep our heads down and handle the communication stuff. It gets busy, and sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, but we just take it one thing at a time. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while. We don't have big meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a very informal way of doing things at Emerge Communications, but it works for us.
