Eating Time

We are located at Amrapali Circle S-27 in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a pretty popular area so there are always people walking around or parking their cars. Our spot, Eating Time, is small but we make it work. Most of the day is spent prepping ingredients in the back. It’s a lot of chopping and cleaning. We don't have a big fancy menu with pictures, just a list of what we have that day. The S-27 space isn't huge, so when it gets crowded, people sometimes have to wait a bit. We don't mind the rush, it keeps the day moving fast. Sometimes the music from the cars outside is louder than our own conversations. We just focus on the orders. Vaishali Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here near the circle. We don't use any high-tech systems for our orders, just a pad of paper and a pen. It works fine for us. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them quickly. The staff here are mostly local guys who live nearby. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city or anything like that. We just want to serve the food and go home at the end of the shift. It's a simple business at Amrapali Circle. People know they can find us here when they’re out in the evening.
