You can find us at House Number 33 in Abhay Garh, which is right by the Air Force area in Jodhpur. Working in Jodhpur means dealing with a lot of sun and dust, especially around this part of town. E-City Property Management & Services Pvt Ltd is the name on our registration, but mostly people just know us as the guys in the house near the base. Property management sounds more official than it actually feels on a daily basis. Most of our time is spent checking on buildings, making sure the pipes aren't leaking, and talking to tenants about small things that need fixing. It is a lot of walking around and driving from one side of Jodhpur to the other. Our office at House 33 is pretty quiet most of the time. We keep our files there and have a small space to sit and have meetings. We don't have any flashy signs or big marketing materials. We just rely on the fact that we have been around this neighborhood for a while and people know who we are. Some days are slow and we just sit around the cooler drinking water, while other days everyone is calling at once because something broke. We don't have a grand vision or anything. We just keep an eye on the properties and try to stay on top of the maintenance work that needs doing every week. It is straightforward and practical work for us.
