Dobby-The-Chef

If you are driving along Ring Road in Pratap Nagar, you will find us over at Ganesh Chamber. We are right near the Hanuman Mandir, which makes it easy to find for most people. Dobby-The-Chef started because we just liked cooking for others. It is not a massive place, just a kitchen where we spend most of our hours. The smell of spices is usually the first thing you notice when you walk in. We do not have those fancy menus with pictures or anything. We just cook what we know how to make well. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot, and the orders pile up, but we just keep at it. It is mostly about getting the food right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. We get all sorts of people stopping by, from workers on their break to families living nearby. The Ring Road stays busy, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We try to keep the place clean, though it is hard when you are busy with pans and oil all day. It is just a few of us working here, trying to make decent meals. We do not use any secret recipes or anything, just fresh stuff we get from the market every morning. If you are passing the Mandir, come in and see what is on the stove. We are usually there until late at night. It is just a regular food spot for the neighborhood.
