Chilly Sauces

We are set up near Hotel Bhati on the Main Barkat Nagar Road. Being near Tonk Phatak means there is never a quiet moment. The traffic outside is constant, and you can always hear the buses and bikes going past the front door. Chilly Sauces is basically just us working with what we’ve got. We spend a lot of time checking the jars and making sure everything is where it should be. The smell of the spices and the vinegar can be quite strong some days, but we don’t mind it much anymore. It’s a busy road, so we get a lot of people just popping in because they saw the sign while stuck in traffic. The building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it doesn't really affect what we do. We don't have a big team of people, just a few of us making sure the bottles are filled and the orders are ready. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a bit, which is a bit of a nuisance, but that’s life on a main road. We don't have any corporate office or anything like that. Everything happens right here in this small space. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. It’s just a simple shop on a very busy stretch of road in Tonk Phatak.
