Br Jobs Hiker

We are based over at G-9/3, Gulab Bary, which is right in the middle of the Chanpole Bazar area near M I Road. It is one of those old parts of Jaipur where there is always something going on and the streets are never quiet. Being at Br Jobs Hiker means we spend a lot of time looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It is a straightforward kind of place. We don't have fancy decorations or a lobby with a coffee machine. Instead, we have a few desks and some files where we keep track of who is hiring and who needs a job. M I Road is a busy stretch, so we get a lot of people just walking in to ask questions. We try to help out where we can. It is not always easy because the job market changes so fast, but we keep at it. Our office in Gulab Bary is where we do all the interviews and phone calls. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few days. We are just a small team trying to make connections between companies and workers. There is no magic to it, just a lot of calling and checking facts. We have been in this spot for a while and we know the local market pretty well. It is just a regular office doing regular work.
