Bhawan Tent House

You will find Bhawan Tent House over at Indira Bazar, specifically at Khajron Ka Rasta 1577. This is a very old and busy part of the city. The lanes are narrow and there are always scooters and rickshaws zipping by. Our shop has been in this spot for a long time. We deal with all the typical tent house supplies like the overhead covers, floor mats, and the chairs people need for their parties. Space is very tight here, so we have to be very organized with how we stack our goods. Usually, you will see us hauling poles or bundles of cloth through the street to get them to the delivery rickshaw. It is a lot of manual labor. My uncle started this and now we all help out. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks, we just talk to the people who walk in. Most of our customers are from the surrounding neighborhood. They come to us when there is a birth, a wedding, or even for sadder occasions. We try to be helpful and provide what we can. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, just like the rest of Khajron Ka Rasta. Some days it is very noisy outside with all the shouting and horns, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure we do not mix up the dates. It is just a regular family-run shop in the old market. We keep working until the sun goes down.
