Bhanwarlal Ratanlal Tent House

We are located in the old city area, specifically at Ninder Rao Ji Ka Rasta in Chandpole. Bhanwarlal Ratanlal Tent House has been a part of this neighborhood for a very long time. It’s a narrow street, so it can get a bit cramped when we are loading up the carts or small tempos with tent poles and decorative cloths. The atmosphere here is very different from the newer parts of town. It’s noisy and full of life from early morning until late at night. We keep all our supplies stored here, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room because we have so much stuff. From colorful fabrics to big metal frames, everything has its place, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Most of the people who come to us have been living in Chandpole for generations. They know us by name and we know them. It’s not just a business for us; it’s our daily life. We spend a lot of time maintaining the gear, making sure the lights work and the tents are clean. During the wedding season, we hardly get any sleep, but that’s just how the tent business goes. We like being in this part of the city despite the traffic and the tight spaces. It has a character you don’t find anywhere else. We just open our doors every morning and see what the day brings us.
