Our office for Balaji Securitas Pvt Limited is in B-30, inside the Agroha Heritage Hotel building, right near Dhanshri Plus in Vidhyadhar Nagar. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't familiar with the hotel layout. We’ve got a small space there where we manage our staff and keep our records. Mostly, our work involves a lot of talking on the phone and checking in on our guards at their various posts. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We spend a lot of time interviewing new people and making sure everyone has their uniforms sorted out. The office is usually a bit noisy with the radio and people coming in to hand over reports. Vidhyadhar Nagar is a nice area, and being near the hotel makes it easy for people to find us once they get to the right street. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are more of a local operation. We know most of our staff by name and we try to keep things running smoothly without too much drama. Sometimes scheduling gets tricky when someone calls in sick, and we have to scramble to find a replacement. It’s just the way this business goes. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving along without making a big production out of it. It is what it is. We just keep at it and finish our work for the day.
