Ashoka Event Co

Ashoka Event Co is based right at the corner of Hazi Colony on Jhotwara Road. If you are driving down that way, you will probably see our stuff piled up or being loaded into a truck. We handle things for weddings, parties, and local gatherings. Our space is more like a warehouse than an office. We have stacks of chairs, rolled-up carpets, and folded tents taking up most of the room. It is often a bit chaotic, especially during the wedding season when everything is moving in and out at the same time. We don't have a polished showroom to show people. Usually, we just show them photos on a phone or they look at the actual items sitting in the back. The staff is mostly guys who are good at lifting heavy things and setting up stages. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one venue to another. Jhotwara Road is always jammed, so we have to plan our timing carefully or we get stuck in traffic. We aren't a big high-end planning agency. We are just local people who provide the basics for an event. Sometimes the light bulbs break or the tent cloth gets a small tear, and we spend our afternoons fixing things up for the next job. It is a lot of physical labor and long nights, but it keeps us going. We have a few old folders with photos of past setups.
