Ashirwd Event Organisation

We operate out of a small office on Ajmer Road at number 406. It’s called Ashirwd Event Organisation. We aren't one of those big fancy event planners with hundreds of staff and shiny brochures. It’s just a small group of us who help people organize their family functions and local gatherings. Most of the time we are out on the road meeting vendors or checking up on a venue. The office is mostly used for storing some of our basic decoration items and meeting clients to talk about their plans. We use simple notebooks to keep track of our bookings and we don't really have a corporate structure. Ajmer Road is always loud and crowded, so our office is a bit of a refuge from all that noise. We’ve handled all sorts of events, from small birthday parties to bigger family weddings. Sometimes things go wrong, like a light failing or a caterer being late, and we just have to fix it on the spot. We don't use any marketing buzzwords or talk about our mission. We just want to make sure the chairs are clean and the flowers look decent. It’s a lot of running around and late nights, especially during the peak wedding season. We started this because we liked being part of celebrations, and we’ve just kept going one event at a time. It’s practical, slightly messy work, but we enjoy it.
