We are tucked away at 516, Shankar Gurjar Ki Gali, right in the Chandi Ki Taksal area near Tripolia Bazar. It is a very old and busy part of the city. The lanes are narrow, so getting big deliveries in can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. This is where Aptco Food & Beverages is based. It is an interesting place to work because there is so much history around us. We deal with various food items and beverages from this office. It is a small space, filled with samples and ledger books. We have been here for a good while, and we know all the neighbors in the lane. It is noisy outside with the sounds of the bazaar, but we have grown to like it. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything—answering phones, checking stock, and talking to vendors. We do not have a big corporate sign or anything like that. People usually find us by asking around or knowing the gali. Sometimes the power lines in the old city act up, but we just wait it out. It is not a polished environment, just a practical one. We focus on the day-to-day work of moving food products. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just a local business in Tripolia Bazar trying to keep things running smoothly.
