Agarwal Caterers

We operate out of Shastri Nagar at E 53, which is where Agarwal Caterers is based. It’s not like a restaurant where people come to sit down and eat. Instead, our place is always full of big metal pots, giant stoves, and crates of vegetables. Most of our work happens in the back, preparing food for various events and gatherings. It’s a loud, hot environment, especially when we have a big order to get out. There is always someone chopping something or stirring a large vat of gravy. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising; usually, people just find us because they heard about us from someone else or they live nearby in Shastri Nagar. We don't have a polished front office. If you come to E 53, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a delivery or planning the next day’s menu. It’s hard work and the hours can be very long, often starting before dawn and ending late at night when the cleaning is finally done. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just cook the food that people ask for and try to get it to them on time. It’s a practical job that keeps us busy all year round. We just take it day by day, making sure the kitchen is running and the orders are going out to the right places.
