We are based at B-244 on Galta Road, right in the Baldev Puri Hida Ki Mori area near Ramganj Bazar. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s always crowded and full of life from early morning until late at night. Our office is more like a workspace where we handle all kinds of trade and supply stuff for the local area. There is usually a lot of noise from the street outside, with rickshaws honking and people shouting to each other, but we’ve worked here so long we barely notice it anymore. The building is a bit old, and the rooms are filled with ledger books and samples of the products we deal with. We don’t have a big team, just a few local guys who know the market inside out. Most of our day is spent checking on orders and making sure things are being sent to the right places in the bazar. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the telephone. We don’t have a website or any fancy brochures to show off. People just know we are here because we’ve been in the same spot for years. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during tea time just to catch a bit of a breeze and watch the traffic. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We just do our best to stay organized in the middle of all the daily chaos.
